Bally Haly Country Club offers a quick and convenient quotation process to help you anticipate each and every detail to ensure a comprehensive and trouble free planning experience. Club facility booking fees are generally determined by the size and logistics of the event being planned. As our most popular venue, our large club banquet room is available for day functions up to 5:00 pm and for evening functions from 5:00 pm to 2:30 am. Our staff stands at the ready to help coordinate any event preparation logistics including set-up, decorating, floral arrangements, seating plans and entertainment.

Our club policy specifies that a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking for any proposed event. Bally Haly Country Club accepts all major credits cards as well cheque or cash payment options. All account balances must be settled prior to event commencement.
To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, as well as to preserve and protect Bally Haly Country Club facilities and grounds, the club reserves the right to inspect and regulate any private function held on its premises. Should the unlikely event occur that damage the club assets, the party hosting the event will assume liability for remunerations.
