Early Morning Play

Members wishing to take advantage of teeing off prior to the first available tee time may do so under the following guidelines.

Members may tee off #1 no later than a 1/2 before the first scheduled tee time. e.g. no member may tee off # 1 after 6:00 a.m. if the first scheduled tee time is 6:30 a.m.

All early morning golfers must give way to the course maintenance employees.

If a group would like to tee off within a 1/2 hour of the first scheduled tee time they may do so but only off #10 tee and they must give way to any other golfers and the course maintenance employees.

No guest will be able to play early morning golf unless approved by Director of Operations.

Course Closure

The Golf Course Superintendent has the authority to close the golf course if neccesary for such reasons as heavy rain or frost.

If the golf course is closed due to frost the group with the first scheduled tee time for the day will be the first group to tee off #1 after the frost delay with the remaining groups following in sequence. For example, if you have the first scheduled time for 7:00 a.m. and the course opens at 9:00 a.m. you will be the first group to tee off # 1. In the event of frost delays the starter may also start groups on other holes but there is no gaurentee the group will be able to tee off #1 after completing hole #18.

If the golf course is closed due to heavy rain and/or wet conditions tee times are honoured based on the schedule for the day. For example, if heavy rains prevent the golf course from opening in the morning and it reopens at 1:00 pm the group with the 1:00 pm start time will be the first group to tee off # 1 and the tee sheet will be followed for the remainder of the day. The starter will attempt to get other groups on the golf course on # 1 and may also start groups on other holes but there is no gaurantee those groups will be able to start on #1 after the completion of hole # 18.

Driving Range

Restrictions on the number of buckets a member can hit when other members are waiting are two buckets. Additional restrictions on use of the driving range are at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Director of Golf Operations.

Use of the driving range will be restricted to youth during starting and playing times (i.e. if a general member is waiting to use the range, Youth members will have to wait on till general members are finished.)
